What time do I need to arrive to watch the comedy or performance that I have booked to make sure I'm not late?

We advise getting there as close to doors opening time as possible (this time is on your tickets and also on the event listing on the website) We ask all customers to arrive at the theatre doors no later than 30 minutes before your scheduled show start time to allow time for you to get drinks at the bar and take your seats before the show starts however we are based inside a large venue so please allow time to also find the correct theatre which may be upstairs.

If you arrive at the theatre late (after the show start time) and the show has already started we will try to sit you, however you may have to wait until the break if it is disruptive to the act and the audience.

If you arrive late and there is walk ups wanting get in your tickets may be sold on to fill empty seats.

For any free event tickets (including guaranteed tickets) you must arrive no later than the start of the show or seats will become available for waiting customers.  If this happens and there are no seats available you can be reimbursed with a credit. You must notify the show manager on the night that you want to claim your credit note and contact us via help centre where we will issue your credit.

This does not apply for external events and tour shows.  Please check their own policy.

If your show has no break interval eg a solo/tour show we can not guarantee entrance if you arrive late as it may be too disruptive to sit you; on this occasion no credit will be offered however we will always endeavour to sit you if possible.
