Can I sell my ticket if I can no longer attend?

No, due to an increase in fraudulent activity, tickets may only be resold by Hot Water Comedy Club or its authorised agents. Tickets for all events at Hot Water Comedy Club are listed exclusively on our website. For touring shows, tickets may also be sold through authorised third-party websites, all of which are linked directly from our website.

We strictly do not allow tickets to be resold through platforms like Viagogo, as many of these tickets are fake and sold by scammers. Tickets purchased from unauthorised sellers will be voided and cancelled, minus the booking fee, if identified before the event. Buying tickets from unauthorised sellers, including Viagogo, may also result in being denied entry to the show.

If you have sold tickets and the buyer is refused entry, no refund or credit will be issued to the original booker, as the seats remained reserved under their name. This policy is outlined in our terms and conditions.
