How will I know where I will be seated for my performance?

All our shows offer theatre-style seating, with most being unreserved unless you have the option to select your seat during checkout.

For unreserved shows, seating is allocated upon arrival. Arriving earlier in the queue may give you more choice, but this depends on the seating arrangement for the night and the size of your group.

If your group has booked separate tickets and you wish to sit together, it is essential to email us via our help centre at least 24 hours before the scheduled performance.
