What is your cancellation policy for show tickets?

If you’ve booked an event at Hot Water Comedy Club, tickets for our regular, repeated weekly shows can be transferred to another date or credited to your account if requested at least 14 days before the scheduled performance. This applies only to bookings made directly on the Hot Water Comedy Club website. This can only be done via our help centre and cannot be done over the phone.

Externally promoted shows and tour shows are non-transferable and cannot be cancelled. Refunds are not available for any events.

All events offer the option to purchase TicketPlan during checkout, which provides protection for your tickets. If you purchased TicketPlan, you’ll need to contact them directly to make a claim, provided it meets their eligibility criteria, as they operate independently.

Transfer policies for other venues or solo tour shows may differ, so please check these before purchasing.
