What time should I arrive for the show I’ve booked to avoid being late?

We recommend arriving as close to the door opening time as possible (listed on your ticket). Once in the venue, please arrive at the theatre doors no later than 30 minutes before the show starts to allow time to get drinks and take your seat. There will be screens in the venue displaying which shows are taking place in each theatre to help you find your way.

If you arrive late, we will try to seat you, but this may not be possible until an interval, or not at all if it’s too disruptive.

For free entry events, even with a guaranteed entry ticket, seats not claimed by the start time may be offered to waiting customers.
